Web Accounts Plus utilizes Windows ability to drag and drop information. What this means is that if you click on a piece of information in Web Accounts Plus and drag it to another application, the information can be dropped into the other application. There are three important things to remember when trying to do this. The first is to continue to hold down the mouse button while dragging the information from Web Accounts Plus. The second is to release the mouse button when the information is over the desired location. The last thing is that the international "no" symbol (the circle with a diagonal line through it) means that the information cannot be dropped at the current location.

We at The Merg's Freeware Co. know how annoying it is to see a splash screen every time a program is loaded as it normally just slows down the loading of the application. We've given the user the option of disabling it once the application is loaded for the first time. To disable the splash screen, select View->Splash Screen to remove the check mark. To re-enable the splash screen, select View->Splash Screen.

When trying to run the software, some users receive the error:
This is caused from the "hyperlinkax.ocx" not being registered during the installation process. The cause of this is currently being determined. A fix that works for some users is to perform the following steps:
- Go to a MS-DOS Prompt.
- Change to the directory that Web Accounts Plus was installed into. Most likely "C:\Program Files\Web Accounts Plus".
- Enter the following command: regsvr32 hyperlinkax.ocx
- Try to run Web Accounts Plus again.
